Thung Nham Bird Park

Thung Nham eco-tourism is one of the tourist destinations in the core zone of the world heritage complex Trang An. This tourist area is located in the hills of Hai Nham with the main highlight is natural bird garden and typical cave tourist spots such as: Vai Gioi Cave, Tien Ca Cave, Thuy Cung Cave, Bau Cave.

Thung Nham is located in the special-use forest of Hoa Lu with a limestone karst topography rising between the relatively flat coastal plain of North Vietnam. This limestone outcrop is interspersed with a series of regular streams and seasonally inundated valleys. The absolute height of the region ranges from 10 to 281 m. The natural vegetation in Hoa Lu is limestone forest and lowland evergreen forest in valleys intermingled with limestone.

The Hoa Lu Cultural and Historical Park has a wide range of historical, cultural and tourist values. In the X century, Hoa Lu was chosen as the capital of Vietnam, which continued to be the capital of the Lê Dynasty. There are many temples and caves in this area, which form the famous tourist route.
