Rice Crust

Rice crust offered by Ninh Binh will astonish you from the first bite. This specialty is made from cooked rice sliced into round shapes. After cooled down, the round slices are fried in hot oil pan until they turn light yellow. Beef and pig’s heart and kidney crushed into thin slices are mixed with spices and ingredients like tomato, carrot, onion and mushroom. Then the mixture is well-fried and put into the burned rice bowl. The dish is crispy but still supple, fat but not bored.
