Van Lam Lace Embroidery
Van Lam village in Dong Hai commune, Hoa Lu district, Ninh Binh province was previously called O Lam (Forest of crows). In addition to its rich cultural and historical tradition, the village is famous for its traditional embroidery craft. Located by the famous Tam Coc-Bich tourist site, the village has become a popular tourist destination. When the discussing Ninh Van Commune of Hoa Lu District, people from all over the country know their traditional handicraft. That is stone carving. It is an aesthetic and technical profession, making perfect fine-art products from rough stones by skilful craftsmen.
